At 100+ screens, the real risk isn't any single screen — it's drift: inconsistent components, mismatched patterns, and gaps in edge-case coverage creeping in across such a large set. This wireframe set for a healthcare and wellness product covers the full user journey across both patient and provider experiences, one of the largest wireframing engagements in scope, and keeping a coherent design system intact at that scale required discipline from screen one.

What I Built

• 100+ screens spanning onboarding, appointments, wellness tracking, messaging, and provider tools
• Design-system foundations — consistent components reused across the entire flow rather than one-off screens
• Full state coverage — empty, loading, and error states designed for every key screen
• Iterative stakeholder review cycles with feedback incorporated across the full set, not just a final pass

Collaboration

Design-system foundations were established before scaling out to the full screen count, and stakeholder review happened iteratively across the set rather than in one final pass, so feedback got incorporated while it was still cheap to act on — a five-minute Figma edit instead of a rebuilt screen later.

Outcome

Delivered a comprehensive, development-ready wireframe set that de-risked a large product build before a single line of engineering began — catching inconsistencies at 100+ screen scale before they became expensive to fix in code.
