KerbHandoff Wireframes

Curbside pickup involves three distinct user roles handing off responsibility at different points — staff, drivers, and customers — and any gap in a handoff screen translates directly into a confused customer waiting in a parking lot. This 50+ screen wireframe set for a curbside-pickup and logistics product maps staff, driver, and customer flows as separate but coordinated journeys rather than one shared flow, covering order staging through handoff.

What I Built

  • 50+ screens covering order staging, driver handoff, customer notifications, and admin views
  • Multi-role flow mapping — separate, coordinated journeys for staff, drivers, and customers
  • Notification touchpoint mapping for every customer-facing status update
  • Annotated design-handoff documentation for the development team

Tech Stack

  • Design: Figma
  • Prototyping: Interactive Figma prototype

Key Decisions

  • Mapped staff, driver, and customer flows as separate but coordinated journeys rather than one shared flow, since curbside pickup involves three distinct roles handing off responsibility at different points
  • Treated every customer-facing notification touchpoint as its own designed moment, since a gap in a handoff screen translates directly into a customer left waiting with no visibility

Outcome / Impact

Delivered a complete, multi-role wireframe set that clarified every handoff point across staff, drivers, and customers before development began.
