Multi-stop route optimization and driver assignment both have real complexity, but DispatchSketch's goal wasn't a production-grade solver — it was proving the automation concept viable enough to justify further investment, with just enough optimization to be credible. Route planning, rule-based driver assignment, and automated status-update notifications made up the prototype, scoped deliberately to "good enough to be credible" rather than a final logistics engine.

A working prototype that validated the core automation logic and gave stakeholders a concrete basis for deciding on full platform investment.
